Human-led insight, outreach and capability building for organisations navigating change, growth and unfamiliar markets.
I work directly with organisations to bring the right people together, surface real insight, and apply practical tools that help things move forward most especially when progress has stalled or traditional approaches are no longer working.
I lead the work personally and stay accountable from first conversation through to delivery. There is no hand-off and no generic framework applied by default.
Where additional depth or specialist capability is needed, I collaborate with a small, trusted network. That decision is always driven by the work itself, not by scale for its own sake.
Peer Insight
Understanding what people actually experience on the ground and going beyond polished narratives, second-hand opinion or recycled research.
Outreach & Engagement
Starting the right conversations with the right people, particularly in unfamiliar sectors, fragmented markets or sensitive environments where trust matters.
Capability Building
Translating insight into clearer judgement and practical confidence – strengthening capability across teams and leaders, including applied learning, decision-making and readiness for market entry or expansion.
Understanding lived experience, frontline reality and unfiltered perspective that goes beyond surface opinion or recycled data.
Opening the right conversations, with the right people, in the right way and most especially across unfamiliar sectors, fragmented audiences or sensitive contexts.
improved capability across teams and leadership leading to better decision making, clearer action, and greater readiness to act.
Peer2Peer Insight is often used where organisations are:
Entering new or unfamiliar markets, where assumptions haven’t yet been tested
Expanding into new sectors or territories, and needing faster on-the-ground understanding
Navigating periods of change, pressure or uncertainty
Seeking insight that goes beyond desk research or second-hand opinion
Struggling with engagement, alignment or shared understanding
Looking to reduce execution risk and build practical readiness before committing resource
Most engagements begin with a conversation.
Not a briefing or a proposal, but a chance to talk through what is actually happening, what feels unclear, where progress has slowed, or where decisions are being made without enough confidence.
From there, we clarify what insight is genuinely missing, who needs to be heard, and what the organisation needs to be ready for next. Only then do we agree whether Peer2Peer Insight is the right approach, and what a sensible first step looks like.
Sometimes that leads to a focused piece of insight work. Sometimes it leads to outreach, capability building, or a combination of all three. And sometimes it leads to a decision not to proceed at all.
That judgement is also part of the work.
